Rumbull is a robust male Earth-class dragon. Rumbull's rider is Kawake, the leader of the Will of the Dragon Crew. Rumbull was remarked to be the mightiest Earth-class dragon on the planet by Artha in Episode 12: Misjudged. The only other episode where he has appeared is Episode 39: Damaged Goods, in which he was rode by Shaynn.

Rumbull was able to ram both Moordryd's dragon Decepshun and Cain's dragon Coershun during Drag-Ball competition. His bull-like built allowed him to easily play the role of "strength" in Drag-Ball games. He mag-locks Kawake's wheelchair to his body ever since Kawake's legs was paralyzed in an accident five years ago. Word Paynn needed Rumbull to excavate Black Draconium for creating wraith dragons. Rumbull's digging managed to destabilize one of the city's support braces.
