Khatah is the leader of The Inner Order Crew. He and his crew are former World champions of the Horn of Libris Tournament before they were defeated (with a bit of cheating) by Moordryd and Cain. He has also been to the Racing Academy. He rides the blue Energy-class dragon Shock-Ra and debuted in Episode 7: The Horn of Libris.

Physical Appearance[]

Khatah is 22 years-old, left-handed, stands at 5'7" and weighs 155 Lbs.^[1] He has maroon eyes, purple hair with lighter-purple highlights and a purple goatee. He wears blue clothing with his crew's insignia.

Character[]

His secondary Draconium influences include Red, Green and Brown.^[1] He is skilled in the martial arts and can perform difficult mag-jump moves with Shock-Ra, such as somersaults, vertical walk and threading through small rings.

His crew took it upon themselves to guard the Horn of Libris (Artifact) and its secret for peace by winning the Horn of Libris Tournament year after year. Evidently, Khatah is under heavy pressure to keep the tradition going and can fixate over his duties. Although Khatah believes in team-work and relies on his crew, he can be closed-minded and vain at times. He considers protecting the Horn from falling into evil hands his sole burden to bear and fails to take other people into confidence.

His exchanges with Artha reflect his mindset that children are not capable of understanding responsibility. Nevertheless, he has a change of heart at the end of Episode 7: The Horn of Libris and resolves differences with Artha to work together to retrieve the Horn and share the burden, as a team.

Relationships[]

Sarjo[]

Khatah trusts Sarjo both on the race-track and outside races. Sarjo counts on his leader to bring back the Horn of Libris (Artifact).

Parmon Sean[]

Parmon is somewhat of a Khatah fangirl and sometimes, singing Khatah's glories may become Parmon's weapon to demoralize Artha from teaming up with him against Khatah in races that Parmon would not like to participate in.

Artha Penn[]

Initially, Khatah mocks the young rookies Parmon and Artha. He is convinced that their collision on the race-track is Artha and Kitt's doing and doesn't think that the "kids" would understand his responsibility as the guardian of the Horn. But he joins hands with them in the Dragon Eye Crew Compound, realizing that every hero needs a team and agrees to hand over the Horn to Dragon City Security for safekeeping on Artha's advice.

Dragon Booster[]

Khatah doesn't know the real identity of the Dragon Booster. In Episode 7: The Horn of Libris, he trusted the Dragon Booster and dropped his weapon in front of Libris. He is grateful for his help in retrieving the Horn.
